Having just being diagnosed with osteopenia (pre- osteoporosis, this book was a big help. There wasn't an area it didn't cover in understanding all about osteoporosis, but also in what to do about it and how to protect yourself.
I liked how comprehensive it was and that it gave me hope to take my health in this area into my own hands and help myself.
Wished I'd seen it earlier.
EVERY woman should read this book no matter what their age, we all are at risk after a certain point. Very good book.
