This is a wonderful book to share with young girls who you want to make sure have proper Christian and practical guidance in their pre-teen and teen years. It covers topics such as dressing modestly, proper conversation, building character, and trust.

I ran across the 1923 edition. The author wrote uplifting books for youth and this was published into the gathering storm of the 1920s. Bobbed hair, short skirts, smoking, wild dancing, oh my, oh my.
It has been reprinted in recent years, apparently in demand as part of Christian youth programs. There is exists a relatively recent 'guidebook' for its use!
