A great book for anyone interested in becoming a manager. It gives the realy nitty gritty of the position and asks the reader if this is something that will make them happy as a career choice. Also, it gives great examples of real life situations and how to deal with them fairly and in ways that complement the management style you choose. It's an easy read, not boring at all. I really enjoyed this book even as a required read for my job. I read more than was asked and found it really helpful.
