These stories have a little more meat to them than some of the other thin children's Bibles that leave too many confusing blanks -- and it covers a lot of ground - not just Noah's Ark and Daniel!

Beautiful, colorful large pictures of each Bible story. Young readers will be able to read these stories for themselves! The illustrations are almost "cartoonlike" in their drawings to capture the interest of young children! A very precious Bible story book for children!!

I remember reading and loving this Bible as a child, and now my students enjoy this book. It's well illustrated and gives nice accounts of the stories, instead of the simple Bible books out nowadays.

I was an adult who decided that I wanted to get to know what the Bible was all about. This was my introduction. I wanted the most simple form of the Bible to get an idea of it's contents before I dove into any future reading of the Bible. I can honestly say that I'm grateful that this book came into my life because now it has motivated me to read on. I now have a general idea of who people are and the events that happened with a tiny bit of background. This book is great for children (who it's really meant for...) and adults like me who have never opened a Bible in their life but want to know what it is.
