Loved the storyline; something different from the average Regency romance. The dialogue is sharp & it's very entertaining to watch the hero & heroine's relationship change and evolve. It's almost like a grown-up romance! The only qualm I have with this book, and I know it's silly, is that the name of the book has absolutely nothing to do with what is inside.

Sadly, this was a dud for me-not up to Suzanne Enoch's usual standards. And I love most of her books. H&H are too antagonistic to each other throughout most of the book. They argue, they blackmail each other, they mistrust each other, and while it's OK to start out with that kind of conflict, she was still saying "I hate you" 2/3rds into the story.
2 stars, because I did manage to finish it.
*****SPOILER ALERT**********
At one point in the story, she shoots the hero, for no good reason at all! That worked in Devil's Cub, but it doesn't work here.
