The first book of Thich Nhat Hanh that I read many years ago. I love to give copies to new friends who do not know the gifts of this beautiful monk.

Wonderful. Hanh is a visionary! The steps to being happy in this book are simple and thoughtfully laid out, being mindful that not all of us are Bhuddist monks.
