It tells the story of Bethanie who has been taken in to live with her mother's sister after the death of her mom. I am sorry that I read this book. To tell you why would be a major spoiler, so I won't say. However, I will say that I read Jodi Thomas books to feel good. The heros always get the girl and live happily ever after. The REAL HERO in this book was mistaken.I was seriously bummed for days after reading this.

Another super read from Jodi Thomas! Good storyline, alittle frustrating in parts when you want something else to happen between characters but it works out in the final chapters!
