My son, who had difficulty with reading, was given this by his first grade teacher in the middle of the school year. Lots of high frequency words. Simple but not too simple, for a Step 1 reader.

Disney's unabashed marketing to mothers who want their husbands to read to their kids. Dad as super-hero sicky-goo stuff. However, if you're caught up in the Nemo marketing net and your child can't have an aquarium without a clown fish then this novel of bright pictures and lovey-dovey brave fish is for them, perhaps if not for you.
