This cookbook focuses on quick and easy meals. I would say that about 80% of the recipes call for some form of packaged, prepared food. I only gave it three stars for that reason. I was personally looking for quick and easy homemade meals to reduce food costs. However, if you don't like or don't know how to cook, but still want good tasting meals, this cookbook is for you.
