Contains great recipes and easy lifestyle changes for better health, a chapter on wellness, meal planning, slimming menus, but best of all, are the good-tasting foods like pineapple-orange colada smoothie or fresh tomato bruschetta or risotto with shrimp. Excellent selection of recipes. Easy to follow and good pictures as well. If you are looking for new cook book you may enjoy this one. I have enjoyed most everything I made in it.
