Between Sundays is a great story of redemption and love. It's the kind of book you don't want to end. I don't like some of Karen Kingsbury's books because they seem like Christian soap operas, but not this one.

A story about foster kids. It puts into perspective why children need to be released earlier to be adopted and why we need transition care for kids coming out of foster care.

Karen Kingsbury's books are a delight to read. I find, in this book, a unique Christian perspective on the lives of football players. We see a lot of bad press; it is nice to see some positive views.
Awesome read! Wanted to go out and buy copies for many of my friends. Recommend this one highly.
Wonderful book, easy ready! I enjoyed it very much!
This is a really good book. I enjoyed the football theme and I learned a lot about the foster care system.
This book was excellent! I read it in a matter of 2 days. I couldn't put it down. It's about a little boy who loses his mom and swears that a famous football player is his father. This book makes you laugh and cry.
This was one of my favorite Karen Kingsbury books! I couldn't put it down. I have read it about 3 times now.
This is an excellent book.

Karen Kingbury has done it again. She has written a book that is full of characters with depth. I loved reading this and know that you will too.
Another wonderful book by Karen. It is refreshing to read a book that keeps with high moral standards and is entertaining.
Another great book by Karen Kingsbury. Great story centered around the foster children program.
Beautiful story with a life changing message.
It was a good story. I'm so used to having several of Karen's books to get to know the characters that I felt the story went so quickly. But, it very much is a wonderful Karen Kingsbury book....
Great book. Everything Karen writes is super good.
Beautiful gift book.
Aaron Hill has it all---athletic good looks and the many privileges of a star quarterback. His Sundays are spent playing NFL football in front of a televised audience of millions. But Aaron's about to receive an unexpected handoff, one that will give him a whole new view of his self-centered life. Derrick Anderson is a family man who volunteers his time with foster kids while sustaining a long career as a pro football player. But now he's looking for a miracle. He must act as team mentor while still striving for the one thing that matters most this season---keeping a promise he made years ago. Megan Gunn works two jobs and spends her spare time helping at the youth center. Much of what she does, she does for the one boy for whom she is everything---a foster child whose dying mother left him in Megan's care. Now she wants to adopt him, but one obstacle stands in the way. Her foster son, Cory, is convinced that 49ers quarterback Aaron Hill is his father. Two men and the game they love. A woman with a heart for the lonely and lost, and a boy who believes the impossible. Thrown together in a season of self-discovery, they're about to learn lessons in character and grace, love and sacrifice. Because in the end life isn't defined by what takes place on our day of worship but what takes place on other days of the week. This is a story about foster kids and the statistics are given at the beginning of the book before the start of the story.

Excellent book. I prefer series but this is a good standalone.
This is an excellant read for anyone who loves Karen Kingsley. It's a story of a little boy looking for his real father. A story of indecision and love of God.
I enjoyed this book thoroughly.
Great book!!
