This is my favorite cookbook, beause every recipe that I've tried has worked beautifully, even when I've had to substitute ingredients due to lack of availability or food allergies. If you only buy one cookbook in your entire life, this is the one you need. I just wish it was spiral bound so that it would lie flat.
