Second book in the Rock Harbor series. I really enjoyed the setting and characters in this book, although I wish now that I'd read them in order.

This is such a great series! I love Colleen Coble/Rhoads and pretty much everything she has written! I was sorry when I finished the third book that I had come to the end of the trilogy...I would love to read more about Bree Nicholls and her family.

Wonderful story of forgiveness and commitment. Number 2 in series. Arson, Theft and Murder. A young widow struggles to free her family from the tentacles of an age-old crime that strikes at the heart of Rock Harbor.
Better than the first
Love her books. Excellent read
"When Bree Nichols discovers a corpse in her own basement, a whirlwind investigation ushers an unbidden danger to all she holds dear."
The second in Ms. Coble's Rock Harbor series. The author delivers another murder mystery/romance. All the same characters, same beautiful setting in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but I found this one less interesting and will likely not finish the series. I don't need to read another two books (fourth installment due in February) to get to the "happily ever after" ending.
I enjoyed this book, however, it was not quite what I expected for the Search and Rescue part. I know that for fictional stories, the person is usually found, makes for a much better story line, but in real life that is not the case. The book was good, I would recommend it.
This is another great, exciting, wonderful book in this series. Many things going on and Coble ties them all up very neatly at the end. Romance, suspense and a thrilling ride.

This was a very good read with interesting characters. It is part of a series and I hope to read all of them but they have been hard to find. I like the way this author pulls you into the town and the people in it. I learned a lot about the area the story is placed.
Great read! I love a book that keeps me guessing. Colleen Coble has a knack for writing suspense.
I began this book, but soon put it down.
I don't like silly romance.
I knew there was a murder involved, but just couldn't hang in there.
