I love Alison Kent; she never disappoints. It wouldn't hurt to read most of the other SG5 books as a prelude to this one, as they do have references to each other that fill in some of the (very little) gaps. That being said, the plot was good, the characters engaging, the resolution satisfying. Some small-minded people might object to a black hero hooking up with a white heroine, but the sex scenes were really good, and any sex is good in my book. An easy read and thoroghly enjoyable.
