Older but still excellent and hilarious book about the addiction that afflicts many of us. Funny examples from history, quotations and classifications of the different genres of bibliophiles.
Many parts of this book were so funny and sounded just like me! But some parts were kind of boring. I enjoyed taking the quiz to tell to what degree my Biblioholism was at. Not quite what I expected, but still a pretty good book.
disappointed - it's very silly
"a hilarious guide for book lovers that brings book addiction out of the closet"
This book helped me. It revealed to me that I am a biblioholic, one who values books for what is in them, rather than a bibliomanic, one who values books for the books themselves.
On the other hand, it seemed very repetitive, as well as being difficult to read. It just didn't seem to flow, making me feel as if I was reading a Faulkner novel.

Hilarious.
If biblioholism is in fact a disease - I hope to never be cured!
