It was an ok book. Made me think of me always thinking ahead and worrying. Lesson learned take each day at a time. God will provide.

I love lizzie.She is so opinionated and full of life. Linda Byler is a great author. Lizzie's parents allowed their children to do a lot of fun things that I would not expect Amish to allow.
I can usually predict the outcome of most movies and books but this is ONE OF THE THE VERY FEW BOOKS I have read that I did not expect it to reveal so much I hadn't even thought of that would happen.
Lizzie is opinionated and her first baby is a horror she would not nurse and Lizzie had to bottle feed her. Plus baby Laura cried loudly constantly.Lizzie did not want another baby but had seven total.One was born after she was forty. Lizzy has to deal with know it all teenagers and being fat because she loves to eat.This book is based on the author's true life story. Lizzie learns no matter what God will take care of her and his grace covers her sins.
