Dr. and Sherrif, Jake Horn, finds sanctuary in the rough town of Sweet Sorrow. As he asks questions concerning a murder, hired killers are gathering and setting their sites on the sherrif.
I was on a western kick and got a whole box of them. This was the only one I wouldn't recommend. The description doesn't tell how the book has graphic violence toward a black man, nor does it indicate any warnings about foul language. I might be old school, but I don't see why the f word is needed in a western. It cheapens the characters and does nothing for the story.
