This starts off funny but gets and stays serious and a little dark. The author doesnt mock the religious group, and I appreciated that. The author's character expressed her views on religion and homosexual issues in a fair and non judgemental manner.

2nd in the Mommy Track series - I love it! Ayelet Waldman creates characters that are REAL. You can't help but involve yourself in their lives and I fould myself completely wrapped up in this mystery! I can't wait to read book #3. And #4. And #5... ;-)
