This book is written in layman's terms and gives you a complete persepective of "Do Gene's really impact the way I live or Am I in control of what I can make of my life" A must read for those who want to do better in life than their parents and siblings. This is for those who want to stop self sabatog-ing everthing they try to accomplish. It lays out why you really do the things you do. This is better than years with a psychiatrist! I highly recommend this book!

I found this book to be very useful and enlightening as to how our subconscious can over-ride our conscious. It explains how inherited genes can be less effective than our environment.
