This is a very informative book and very interesting to read. If I had read this book earlier, there would have been no doubt that my young child was bipolar. The authors truly care about educating the public and are involved in research to further our understanding of Bipolar D/O in children. As a parent I have heard that bipolar disorder cannot be diagnosed in children, but this is not true. My son showed signs of being "different", as soon as he was born. You will not be disappointed in this book.
It gives great examples of what other parents have seen in their young children, from infancy on up.
