This book made me think twice about traveling to some of these places. It was a little creepy, but I found it to be very interesting.

Excellent account of the most common animal bites and the diseases that they can bring. As engaging as it is informative.

Fifteen chapters describe numerous ways to die, or perhaps wish you did, from cuts, bites, and other assorted ways to transmit diseases.

Perhaps the most interesting chapter is that on human bites, fist fighting and sticking various parts of your anatomy down someone's throat. Compared to what is described there, I'll take a king cobra bite in place of it anytime.
