Very disappointing; found the characters rather boring as well as the plot.

Short action packed story. When another girl's body washes up on the river bank, Det. Blue assumes it's another victim of a serial killer. Paired with a reviled detective, she is out to solve the case and be assigned to the task force to hunt the serial killer.
