Hard to review this one--has a lot of flaws concerning law enforcement

The story is okay, after all it is just fiction, but yet there are parts that are just unbelievable and things that'll make you think 'that would never happen' but yet to make a book 'good' you have take some privileges somewhere

The FBI in this case seems to be incompetent in some scenes, I'd probably compare it to Criminal Minds

I didn't realize it was based on Ted Bundy but yet I recognized the signs of it, it didn't help or hinder the story but just be prepared for a lot of unbelievable happenings.
