This was a huge disappointment for me!

I've always liked this series but the last few books just haven't been up to par for a Patterson book so I'm blaming the co-writer Born

Michael helps the mayor find his missing daughter but only on the sly so no one knows about it and in return the mayor will try to help get Michael son, Brian, out of prison

This story just wasn't very good and especially when he gets to Estonia and from that point I just skipped and skimmed, there was too much description of everything and it was very boring as I didn't want to know anything about Estonia and the story just seemed too far fetched, yes I know it's a book but yet a book about a NYC cop should be better than this one

I think the 'family' part of these stories are just ok but shouldn't be the main focus of the story but every book has a lot of info about the family life and to a point I'm ok with that but now it seems to be getting too much about the family

I have found some better authors and have gotten their books before I get the newest Patterson book, Patterson has gone on my back burner for a long time
