I've liked other books by this author so my low rating isn't simply due to the author. Just from my point of view this book jumps all over the place without much rhyme or reason from where I'm reading it. Could just be me but the steamy sex situations aren't enough to make me want to go back and string the pieces of this story together. I rapidly succumbed to skimming and that is a death knell for me for any book...
I really enjoyed this edtion to the series. It fit right in with the rest. Love this series!!
The disjointed scenes and flashbacks can make this story a bit confusing. There's a lot of steamy sex, none of it vanilla, so expect the sex to be kinky, with menage a trois.
Aside from that, Miranda's powers to restore life seem to be a tad outrageous - we won't even think about the religious repercussions. If you're into vampires, vampire queens, demons, & Lucifer, then you'll probably like this one.
