An OK read. The plot was interesting -- a son looking for the grave in Germany of his WWII father finds it missing. He stubles onto a mystery someone does not want solved. The girl/love interest was lacking in reality since he starts the story with a wife. But the adventure was plausable and the action at the right speed. I wouldn't put off reading something else for this story but it would be good for a vacation or traveling book.
Good suspense, keeps you wondering what is happening and wanting to know keeps you reading
Peter Houston just wanted to find the grave of the war-hero father he never knew, taking him to the military cemetery in France. He never dreamed his private pilgrimage would unearth a decades-old secret that would plunge him into a deadly labyrinth of intrigue and murder. Another David Morrell masterpiece.
Taut, well-written chiller. Can't tell you much about it, or I'll kill the suspense for you---and suspense is what this one's all about! Really good read.
