This is the third Elin Hilderbrand book I've read this week and I have to say that this one was my absolute favorite! Not only loved all the characters but the workings of a restaurant from front to back and the dealings with all the different customers were so descriptive that I felt like I was right there at the Blue Bistro every night! Loved it!

This was my first Elin Hilderbrand book and I will definitely be checking out her other works. What a beautifully written story - I cared about each character & enjoyed lots of detail about the daily workings of a restaurant, clientele, food and the roads that lead us to the next chapters of our lives. Really loved it!

This book was wonderful! I love the way this author writes. I often forgot it was winter in real life and felt like I was on vacation in Nantucket. Can't wait to read the rest of her books. I'm reading A Summer Affair now and it is just as good. Give it a try.

I was in Nantucket last fall and wanted to read a Nantucket book while on the island. I went into a local bookstore and asked for a referral. The bookstore owner didn't hesitate to recommend this book. So glad she did, because I loved it! It's a fast-pace read, a perfect beach book, and the setting is truly ... all Nantucket! If you need a light beach, fun, breezy beach read, this is it! And definitely a must if you love Nantucket and the island life!

I really enjoyed this book, not only because it was set in Nantucket, but it revolved around the world of operating a restaurant, and I learned alot about that world. Elin Hilderbrand always writes a good book with interesting characters.
