This is the third in Allie Peliter's Kentucky Corners series. We return to Middleburg, KY this time with NJ-esque drawling, fiery red-head Dinah Hopkins baking up a storm in her Taste & See Bakery. Much to Dinah's surprise & chagrin her new neighbor is also her new landlord after buying her building out from under her from his Aunt Sandy sight-unseen. Big city, whistle-blowing, gotta-have-the-upper-hand real estate broker Cameron Rollings immediately, & not all together willingly immerses himself in Middleburg life & cannot avoid his annoying, flip-flop-obsessed neighbor/tenant Dinah. Dinah & Cameron butt heads on many a bakin' occasion & sparks fly but both Cameron & Dinah soon realize the Lord is drawing them together through the deep emotional issues they each have.
Very enjoyable & funny &, believe it or not, it endears you to Middleburg's irritatingly pompous Mayor Howard Epson! :)

Im new to this author, I really enjoyed this book. The characters blend together, and the female lead is a strong character which I like. She has to head home to help her ailing mother, and struggles with her relationship with her Mother. I like the "true to life" storyline in this book.
