The characters are all dressed up in costumes - some of which are pretty cute (like Tickety as a Pea-clock)
Two characters you look for that are only in Halloween episodes - Boo the ghost and the Oogala-Boogala. If you haven't seen that episode yet, I would look it up before reading this.
