Of the many books by this author I have read, this was the least enjoyable. Although the murder investigation is satisfactorily settled in the final chapters, getting there was too long a slog. Perhaps those readers more interested in the bodybuilding game would have found it more enjoyable.
A photographer, his assistant, and two models are shot dead while doing a photo shoot for a so-called health-and-fitness magazine called "Bodies." Another hysterical satire mystery from Robert Barnard. I've read it twice--time for it to have a new home.
Not one of Barnard's better efforts, but does keep your interest and is a quick-read.
