Helpful Score: 3
this is the second installment in the FBI agent Kelly Jones series, and was much better than the first. The first third of the book was slow and i didn't become really interest in the story until the second third, but by the final section the chase was on and it was a page turner. I can't wait to read the next one just to see if Kelly and Jake wind up together. Overall, the book wasn't bad. But the reporter Jan, was a complete waste of space and you can skip over that without losing the story or plot line.

Well written, a little far fetched and some real luck at the end and you had a twisting thriller.
Didn't want to put this one down!
FBI agent Kelly Jones finds her working on a very disturbing case. A mass grave has been found on the Appalachian Trail and she is heading the investigation which crosses state lines. Coping with feuding cops is not her idea of a good time and as evidence and bodies mount she begins to wonder if there are two killers. The victims are all young gay boys and when another one vanishes she must rush to see if she can save him and solve the case. There are many multiple twists and turns in the story before the truth is revealed. A good suspenseful read from an up and coming author.
