This is one of my favorite cookbooks. Every recipe I have tried has been deceptively simple but amazingly delicous! The Lemon Chicken (yum!), Chicken Pie (SO good!), Pastitsio - anyone who has a copy and tries it will be delighted. The food I've made from this cookbook is better than the food I've gotten in most restaurants.
