MacAvoy is excellent, but this is not one of her best. If you like Celtic fantasy you would probably appreciate it more than I.

This book approaches time travel in an often used way, but the story is still good once you get there. The characters are believable and events are exciting. If you can just believe whatever they say you will enjoy this book.

I hated for this book to end, it was so fascinating, i wish the author would do a sequel. Also just finished Tea with the Black Dragon, definitely different but still written very well by the same author.
