Lovely cookbook. The flavors are right, the step by step pictures are great. My favorites out of here are:
All of the dipping sauces
Vermicelli soup (be sure to soak the noodles!)
Shrimp with garlic
Stir-fried shrimp with ginger
Pork with water chestnuts
Noodles pork & shrimp
limeade (oh, this is just wonderful!)
and last but not least
satay
Don't be put off by the long ingredient lists, the actual cooking is very fast. I use this cook book a lot.

My Opinion:
I love the illustrations in this book. Every single recpie has a clear, step-by-step (including pictures) directions. If you like Thai food and want to be able to cook it at home, this is the book for you!
