Have read Vixen by Larkin and I have to say that I still felt that the author needs to work on character development.  Just my opinion Val.  Sorry about that.  And, I just finished A Girl Named Zippy by Haven Kimmel which is a memoir of a girl's childhood.  Zippy is an unusually active child who gets in and out of trouble often and is the bane of her classrooms.  Her imagination is so acute she thinks she sees Jesus even though she doesn't believe in God and hates going to church.  This was a most entertaining read.
