This is a wonderful living book for children. The stories are so sweet and will have your child stirred to be a little American. I couldn't put it down myself.

This book contains stories of how children lived during the 1700's. It teaches children about America's Colonial period through a series of delighful stories. Children learn more about Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, and Betsy Ross as they read about children who lived during the struggle for liberty.

Great little book. I love pretty much anything from Christian Liberty Press and this book easily met my expectations.

It is a fun read but does not give sources. There were a few things I wondered about but could not figure out where the writer got their information. I would have given the book 5 stars if it had given the sources to prove it's accuracy.
