Another good mystery by Nora Roberts
Scary Romance story.
Thought I had read/listened to every Nora Roberts book out there. Can't believe I missed this one. Seemed out of date reading it now, but still enjoyable, as every Roberts book is.
Superstar myster novelist Grace McCabe needs to unwind after a grueling book tour and visiting her sister, whom she hasn't seen in months, seems the perfect solution. But Grace is suprised to find the fastidious Kathleen living in a grungy Washington, D.C neighborhood. Kathleen, reeling from a bitter divorce and the loss of her son, is saving every penny of her teacher's salary to hire a hotsot lawyer for a custody battle. Then Grace discovers that Kathleen, is boosting her income with an unlikely profession.
her sister has been murder is up to her to find the killer
This book was okay. The story is a bit anti-climatic because you are aware of who the killer is throughout the book... it's mentioned several times. So, finishing this book is a requirement if you want to see how the killer is finally caught and if the lead characters hook up. A weak plot in my opinion.
