love the recipes they are really easy to use and the directions are very clear. the recipes are also very healthy and the nutritional information for each recipe is great.

This is a great book. I ordered the book before I owned a bread machine. The recipes are simple enough, and you wont need to go buy some exotic flour or anything. But you can do that as well. You can grind your own flours. Use whole grains.
