This book contains a lot of excellent, detailed information and solutions. It covers food and herbal galactogues - both of which have given me the very best results when building up milk supply. It also covers many, many other issues. Definitely worth reading if you suffer from milk supply problems. I also recommend the amazing book, "Mother Food" by Hilary Jacobson.

I wish someone would have told me about this book long ago. Amazing for mothers going through any kind of "milk trial" with their little one. Full of useful information. No "Filler text" here! Every page is golden. I absolutely love the way this book is written too. On a topic as sensitive as inadequate milk supply, the authors do a great job of keeping the tone of the book non-accusatory and kind. Any mother considering or currently breastfeeding should take a peek at this book. Even if you do not have supply issues, the information is priceless. Enjoy this great read!
