This is an interesting book that deals with fascism. The story does not really include humans, but rather machines with organic human like components. Phil, for example has a brain that sits on a rack, only secured with a screw. Needless to say, his brain regularly falls off the track and Phil starts yelling nonsensical things.

Fun, interesting and a good allegory. Not quite as "deep" as I expected but more like a short children's story for adults. Its almost more a literary "art" project then a book.
