Post-romantic stress disorder. That must be what caused Kate London to attack her cheating financ, aka Mayor Ronnie Balfours, with a golf cart. Maybe she should have counted to ten before ramming that port-i-potty and sending him tumbling down a hill while trapped inside.
First book for this author - pretty good read!

Comical mystery. Reminds me of Janet Evanovich's writting. Kate owns an old theatre that may be shut down. She has an aunt Kitty, who seems to get in the way more than she helps. Kate catches her fiance cheating & tries to run him down with a golf cart. When he turns up dead, she is the main suspect.

Very funny and fun. Crazy characters for sure. Liked it alot.
I was disappointed in this book. I expected a better read according to the other reviews that I read. It had really short chapters which I love and helps you get through it faster, or seems to me that it does. I won't say that I hated it but just was not what I expected. Not sure if I will try the next book in the series.
This was a very funny and fast read. The characters were very comical, especially the aunt.
Kate's aunt Kitty is an aging former film star. The two of them are trying to save the family theater. Unfortunately, Kate's former boyfriend keeps arresting her following a golf cart incident with her current cheating boyfriend. Quirky, quick read. 3 stars
