I enjoyed the book. It opened some doors on the mysterious FREEMASONS and their "secret society". The books research is based on the Masonic lodges in England. It mainly deals with masonic influences in the police department (which he spends a lot of time on), the courts and the royal house. As well as other areas of influence. If you are unfamiliar with British jargon and political/social structure, it might be a little hard to understand. But you get the hang of it after awhile. The author appears through most of the book to take an objective view on Freemasons. But towards the end I think he leans more toward being anti-mason.
