I enjoyed Dr. Larimore's book. I grew up in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and I have also worked in the small town medical community and can relate to his love of the land and the problems and joys of the small town medial practices.

This is the second book of a trilogy. All are wonderful. Nice reading--totally captivating. Refreshing.
