I really did enjoy this book. If you are interested in wanting to know what really goes on in the mansion, this is a good book. Not boring...keeps your attention the whole way through.

I read for the behind-the-scenes details. It's definitely a guilty read, especially as you have to question St. James's motivations for writing. If you're interested in the world of Hugh Hefner, it's worth reading.

I was disappointed in this book. It was very repetitive and I thought it would offer more "dirt" but found it to be more Hef bashing and celebrity name dropping.

Izabella claimes to "always care about Hef" but it's not evidenced in the book.

It's a guilty read - however it is riddled with grammatical errors. It seems like Ms. St. James focuses on bashing people rather than providing a behind the scenes look.

Can you say, boring? I felt that this book was a complete drag. I tried so hard just to finish this book because I kept thinking there would be more dirt about the playboy mansion. Izabella gave some dirt, but most of it was just gibberish. The book felt like she was just on a complete spree of writing containing several grammatical errors. I would not waste a credit on this book. What you already think about the playboy mansion is correct, she just varifies it for you. Dull, Dull, and more Dull.

As a guilty read this was entertaining enough. But this is one spoiled rotten kid!

She opens with the fact that she's paid to live, if not in opulent luxury, at least rent free. And, for her fee -- which was in addition to clothes, a significant non-entry level job at Playboy Enterprises, a car and expensive surgeries -- she was required to show up. Note that, while sex was an option, she says she was never coerced into sex and never paid less when she didn't deliver. Still, she spends about half the book bitching and moaning about the fact that she had to show up at parties and events. Poor girl!

In the end, she pretty much savages Hefner as an old letch and a fool and then seems to be trying to revive some kind of relationship by sending him a bill for housing his son's goldfish. ???? She may have gone to law school but can you say "clueless"?

A really interesting look at what its like to be Hef's girlfriend and live in the mansion. Quite a different look than what they show on the TV show "Girls Next Door."

I am not much of a reader and usually prefer to watch a DVD instead of reading a book. Reading is not easy for me because a book has to be at least interesting if not exciting as well. This book actually held my interest! This book is very interesting as well as very well written. She was very honest and very discriptive about her time at the Playboy Mansion. This is a great book. If you are a fan of the "Girls Next Door" this is a must read!

Izabella definitely is a mean spirited bunny and it shows in this book. The book actually does contain some nice history of the Playboy Mansion and how it came to be. Things are definitely a lot different than they portray on The Girls Next Door show but you have to wonder where Miss Izabella is coming from and where her motives are. Definitely a lot of trash talking coming from this spoiled pampered little lady. A quick read. It'll give you some cool tid bits to share with friends. Definitely a guilty pleasure read.

This book hurt my head to try and read. I'm sorry and no disrespect to the author. Terrible flow and context. After struggling to the third chapter, I just had to put it down. There are too many other books on my shelf for me to finish this. I know how the story ends. She moves out.

Playground by Jennifer Saginor is a much better read.

This book was an interesting read but a little slow and repetitive. It was interesting to learn what living at the famous Mansion would have been like. Didn't realize how much of an ass Hef could be. Only down side to this book is that many facts are repeated in other parts of the book.

The author writes about her time spent at the Playboy Mansion and as a girlfriend of Hugh Hefner. It is a "tell-all" book.
