The trouble begins on a cruise to Hawaii aboard the Silver Mist. Chaos and hurdles are thrown at Jenner and Syd separately, as they are forced to live as hostages. Cael and his team of experts are there to investigate the slimy untrustworthy businessman Larkin and his guards. Why he has to drag sexy and smart-mouth Jenner around with him doesn't always seem to be a damned task, it sometimes feels like fun, but he also needs to deal with the distraction of Jenner and the danger Larkin is putting them all in.

very good, just enough mystery, just enough sex, just enough description, easy to read because Linda Howard does not overpower you with any unnecessary dialogue
