The best of Kellerman in this one.
A departure from the standard Kellerman. He introduces Daniel Sharavi, an Israeli detective and a multi-ethnic team of investigators in the ancient city of Jerusalem. Sharavi will show up later in L.A.
Early Jonathan Kellerman. A suspenseful tale of murder in Jerusalem.
Another interesting book by Kellerman
I think this was Kellerman's third novel. It is long, at 628 pages of very small font. Quite a bit of Israeli history woven into a good whodoneit thriller.
A fantastic read.
Ties in nicely with a lot of the middle east stuff going on now
This was a great read.
Another great mystery by Jonathan Kellerman! Fantastic descriptions of Israel. Very intense and bloody.
One of Kellerman's best.
A gripping psychological thriller about an Israeli homicide detective's pursuit of a serial killer preying on young Palestinian women in Jerusalem before the worsening tensions cause the Muslim, Jewish & Christian communities of the city explode.

A brilliant novel by a master of the genre, a vivid look at the tortured complexities of a psychopath's mind, a rich evocation of a city steeped in history -- this, and more, is The Butcher's Theater.
