Another great read by Danielle Steel. Joachim was raised by a German mother, abandoned by his father and devastated by his brother. His mother moved from Buenos Aires to Paris. Joachim went with his mother, but his twin, Javier, did not. Javier fell in with the wrong people and led a dangerous life. Joachim was lost for a while, found butler school, and did well. He met Olivia in Paris and started working for her as an assistant. Olivia has her own troubles. Joachim and Olivia started out as employer and employee, but developed into a friendship with heartaches along the way. Easy book to listen to, I got the audio book from the library. Ready to read her next book.
