They pick a cake from this book. My goto book for birthday cakes. My son and I have to be gluten free and every cake I made in this book was a hit. You could tell it was from a box. We just had my daughter 20th birthday and she wanted spice cake with cream cheese frosting,I used the carrot cake without carrots and now it's a spice cake. I'll be giving copies to each of my kids.
