It had been years since I last read a John Grisham novel, but I heard that Camino Island was about books, a bookstore, and a coastal city so summer seemed the ideal time to dive in.
I enjoyed the sense of place and the author characters who lived there. The mystery wasn't very compelling, but I loved that it centered around first edition books by famous authors.
All in all, this was a pleasant way to spend several hours in my vehicle.
