This is a story about conflicting traditions and holidays.. The holidays are very confusing for Rebecca when she must make a Christmas decoration as a school project....She is Jewish and her older sisters got into trouble for having their hair done up in red ribbons and Christmas bells, Rebecca herself is scolded for singing Jingle Bells. What is Rebecca supposed to do with the decoration when the day comes to bring it home?
